It is considerably important to employ effectively and efficiently Human Resource which is one of the most important inputs of an organization and that which has a property to affect the productivity of other inputs. In this study, labor recruitment practices has been analyzed by consulting the relevant literature and the methods used by ready-to-wear plants in order to select “ right person for right position” have been investigated.
