Bacteria and fungi can grow up on textile materials used in medical areas and social places. These microbes are harmful for human health. Therefore, new antimicrobial fibers for textile industry are one of the most advanced and exiting areas of research and application. This article reveals brief information about antimicrobial fibers and agents used in textile market.
