Nanotechnology is the design, production and application of structures, devices and systems by controlling shape and size at the nanoscale. Nanotechnology is an opportunity for the textile industry. Current Applications of anotechnology in the textile industry include fibres, yarns, fabrics, finishing; dyeing and coating, electronic textiles, fibre modification.
